For 80 years, the Junior Chamber has been the original organization of choice for young adults (ages 18-40) in Iowa, providing direction and leadership for our communities, our state, our world!

Our organization gives young adults the tools and support they need to build the bridges of success in the areas of business development, management, leadership and personal training, community and governmental involvement. With member in local communities throughout the state, the Iowa Jaycees provide a stable organization for young people to help make a positive and lasting impact.
